Uniting 85 hospital brands without flattening any of them

Employer Brand Strategy & Design

Lifepoint Health had a talent problem its size couldn't solve. Eighty-five hospitals, each with its own brand, its own career site, four separate applicant tracking systems. Every facility recruiting alone, none of them able to use the enterprise standing behind it.

Physician recruiting had been outsourced entirely to staffing agencies, at real expense and with thin results. No physician career presence. No research into what physicians actually valued. No way for Lifepoint to hire one directly.

Enterprise Career Site

One platform across 85 Lifepoint facilities, with each identity intact. Four disconnected ATS systems became one. Enterprise resources, learning programs, and mobility became visible at the moment a candidate was deciding.

“Every idea and strategy came to fruition right before our eyes, and worked better than any of us dreamed it could.”

Recruiting as one, at last

A system that had been competing against itself finally worked as one platform. Enterprise resources made tangible through local stories, four applicant tracking systems replaced with one, and a physician site that took direct hires from zero to four in its first month. National strength, local heart, exactly as promised.
